I've had a passion for fitness from a young age. I love to be active.
There are times when I have fallen off the rails
but I always end up getting back on.
Resistance training has been a part of my life for many years.
I also enjoy playing sport, HIIT cardio & Pilates.
I trained Krav Maga (self defense) for 9 months.
I'm constantly looking for the latest advances in exercise &
nutrition research to benefit myself & my clients.
I hold a Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, a First Aid certificate
& have registered with Fitness Australia.
I will soon have boxing qualifications which will provide
another fun training opportunity for my clients.
